Currently, we have two full time Client and Patient Care Representatives dedicated to caring for you and your pet. Each day one will travel with the veterinarian each day and another will be stationed at our pet boutique to answer questions, set appointments and refill your medications.


Jennie Hampton will soon be celebrating her 5th year anniversary with us.  Jennie has experience in human health care and has decided to share her talents with our furry friends.  Jennie has a chocolate lab named Sam  a boston terrier named Buck and a kitten from the SPCA named DC.   She also has four children that keep her very busy in her time away from the hospital. 

Kathren Tucker has been with us almost three years now.  Time sure does fly.  She has moved to the area from Ohio and has two dogs and three children.  She has a special way of comforting pets when they are nervous.  She is the proud mother of three children one of which has recently decided to serve our country in the Army. 

Please feel free to contact any of our friendly and knowledgeable staff members with your pet concerns.  They all participate in continuing education programs through our hospital so they can stay up to date on the latest information that can benefit your pet.  Even though Dr. Crovo will be traveling around in our mobile hospital, the staff is in close contact with her and can get answers to your questions quickly.
